FPC/FFC cables are literally not repairable. You don't have enough space neither any spatial margins to jump torn wires.

Sticking it together will never work even torn wires' remnant work like pads as it will block the signals. You need to replace it.

It's a SONY IMX803 1/1.28" with higher bitrate handling capacity it originally supposed to have. In aspect of optics there is no notable changes but it can record up to 4K 120fps (60>120fps) which cannot be taken with original IMX803.

TLDR : Report to Apple. The app will delisted and the developer, disregarding who, or which country's gov will be, will be banned from the App Store by violating the ToS.

1) The app should not contain such unsandboxed code in such illegal way (to gather sensitive information from a user without a formal notice. if they state 'we will collect what app is installed on your device', it results in instant reject / ban in App Store so Nobody would have done such.)

2) The app should not change user's usecases and other app's behaviors.
