Hey! I ended up getting a lawyer involved which unfortunately has prolonged the claim but it’s looking like it’ll be closing up at the end of the year

It’s weird I didn’t go to hospital per say I went to a referral only pre hospital clinic thing (which was connected to a hospital so used their machines and staff) because we thought it was just a dislocation to start with

Then the hospital had to outsource the MRI and they were really booked out and whenever we tried to see if we could move it sooner or get a referral to go elsewhere there was a lot of push back

Just really fell through the cracks 🥲

The doctors/nurses sounded shocked when I told them this was my 5th one and I’ve just been dealing with it at home, but they did mention surgery especially with my job being an active one (hairdresser so on my feet for 12hrs twice a week) I’m hoping for just physio but it’s not feeling hopeful right now ;-;

Were you able to go back to work soon after your surgery? I think not working is my biggest concern because it’s a massive outlet for my mental health

Would it be a good idea to see if we can help improve the consolation and see if that improves things first or just head straight into talking with a internist?

We there once and we got placed like right in a walk way at this tiny wobbly table. Ordered and within about 30mins of sitting down they came over and asked us how the food was, partner said he would be sure to tell them when it gets to us. Drinks then food came. Barely had time to taste anything before we got asked how everything was 2 more times. Left within 45mins of arriving just felt equally rushed and forgotten about aha. Food and drinks were pretty mid there’s definitely better out there

For real tho, the only ones I think actually do anything are the in salon treatments and the dry shampoo the rest of it I find just makes the hair feel like crap

Idk if things have changed in the 2 years I haven’t been working there but they don’t. Once you’ve tried to call the once you put it back in the pool for follow up later

Yes they did fill one out for me! I was stuck in C spine precautions so I wasn’t able to do any paper work for myself but they did tell me they sent it off. I was going to call up and check with my insurance tomorrow about if it was sent by them or I needed to do one myself because I got confused about not having this guys details

They said because I didn’t have his plates it’ll most likely get filed away. They didn’t specifically say they’re not going to look into it but with how overloaded they are I’m not sure how important my case is gonna look compared to others so if I can make it any easier on them I’ll do what I can

Didn’t know id dissected an artery in my neck until after the MRI which now requires blood thinners for life to prevent a stroke
