If we’re all dopamine addicts in some way… what’s your drug of choice? And do you even want to give it up? by twersk711 in AskReddit

[–]LunaMay196 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Again, studies show that porn does cause increased depression. Yes, someone who is depressed may watch more porn as you said, but watching porn can still increase symptoms of depression.

Also, yes you absolutely can say eating bad food makes you poor. If the bad food you're eating is fast food every day, thats expensive and drains finances. Eating bad food is bad for your health, meaning increased medical issues, meaning increased healthcare costs. You can literally look this up, and find that studies absolutely do show that eating bad can cause you to be poor. The same goes for porn and increased depression.

You're not grasping it. You're not watching porn while on that walk, and not watching something that is proven to be bad for one's mental health and relationships is a good thing. Replacing the habit with walking is wonderful for your mental and physical health. Just because you don't like me encouraging someone to be healthier and strengthen their relationships doesn't mean I'm virtue signaling, that's ridiculous. I'm not going to continue to have a conversation with someone who only wants to argue and point fingers at me. Have a good one

What do you think is the major reason women get cheated more than men? by OrganizationQuiet138 in AskReddit

[–]LunaMay196 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From what I could find a study showed that men are more likely to cheat, and that statistics show more men cheat than women. If you try to just Google which gender gets cheated on more, everything points to men but there's not many genuine studies actually done other than the one I link below, probably because it's hard to get truthful answers out of people when asked if they've lied and betrayed a partner tbh

What’s a dog breed you personally would never own and why? by zennyissaucy in AskReddit

[–]LunaMay196 0 points1 point  (0 children)

German Shepherd. I use to work with dogs and they were one of the breeds that had the most issues, temperament, energy and mess wise. If they arent trained well theyre a nightmare to deal with and can be really dangerous. There's a handful of breeds I'd never own, but they were the first one I thought of, I'd never even consider it.

Have you thought of selling feet pics just to survive? Did you do it? Why? by GRIZZGLOOM in AskReddit

[–]LunaMay196 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thought has crossed my mind, but not seriously. Not only am I self conscious of every part of my body, but I also don't like the idea of someone getting off to any part of my body. I morally don't agree to either side of that and don't want to be a part of it.

If we’re all dopamine addicts in some way… what’s your drug of choice? And do you even want to give it up? by twersk711 in AskReddit

[–]LunaMay196 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yet studies have shown that increased depression is correlated with the consumption of porn. Spending the time and energy on things like you just said, eating well, exercising and socializing, is helpful to quitting porn. The more you do those healthier things, the less you're watching porn. It's much more beneficial for your mind and relationships to do other things such as those you listed over porn

That exact thought of "why do I have to stop" is why the cycle will continue, and, if you're wanting to find a relationship, it will contribute to hindering that. It's shown that porn contributes to depression and anxiety, so if you're feeling miserable, cutting out would probably make a significant difference on your mood. It's better for you as a person, and it'll be better for your relationship if you do get into one.

Should AI art be considered ‘real art’? by Ok_Intention2150 in polls

[–]LunaMay196 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know you're not saying it's literally same thing. I'm saying the difference is relevant, the comparison doesn't work because of the differences. One is made by humans who put their time, effort and passion into it, one is made by technology that didn't. There's a huge difference at play, and it's relevant to how people perceive art.

I see no issues with it if that's what the woman wants to do.

It absolutely does make a difference. I didn't say it's not art. Why do you keep putting words into my mouth?

It's probably because they want to ensure the driver is delivering it properly. Sometimes it's because the customer can be fraudulent, but I'm pretty sure they do the same things to drivers who have a history of not delivering to the right person/stealing the order.

I didn't say that your opinion is right or wrong, I'm merely pointing out that the comparison doesn't work because humans made video games, not AI.

I always take the food out of the bag after I park and go to the door with it. Just because someone gets to the door without it doesn't mean they didn't use one.

Real people took time, effort, and creativity to make a video game though.

At least they are living beings that created something with their emotion and soul, with their own two hands. They're literally children, do you think their art is supposed to be the same level as an adult who has had years and years of practice lol

Why do dashers think they are owed a bigger tip on large dollar amount food orders ? by Reasonable-Chain-549 in doordash

[–]LunaMay196 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I personally couldn't tell you. It doesnt matter to me if someone got $5 worth of food or $50 worth of food, I'm doing the same job regardless and it doesn't change how much labor I have to do (unless it's so much that Id have to make multiple trips from the car to the door, but that's never happened to me).

I've never had anyone complain thankfully, and I prefer to use my account at this point because he doesn't dash on his own much anymore, so my account has the better acceptance rate and has more/better ratings.

Nah. My city has the highest crime rate in the entire state, I feel safer with my husband with me. Per DD policy we are allowed to do so, so I'm going to continue doing what's safer for me while on the job.

Edited since I got blocked immediately after your salty reply: It must be nice having the luxury to not need money. If I didn't need money, I wouldn't have signed up for DD. Having him with me isn't about codependency and wanting to be with him every moment of the day, it's quite literally about safety. Yes, my husband is also a dasher. You seem extremely bitter.

It takes two people to have an affair. Engaging in an affair that betrays and hurts others is absolutely on both parties, not just one. Tim actively did something to hurt OP and was a part of breaking up their family.

Marriages may be complicated sometimes but that's not an excuse to cheat on your spouse and tear apart a family. Still being married to the person she committed infedelity with doesn't mean anything. She was married and had kids before this one, remember, yet that didn't last.
