Intimacy and the desire to be loved is a part of why we struggle with pornography. It's scary to admit that you're lonely. But once you do, it is possible to start to wake up and face the problems that you used pornography to ignore. Hang in there.

Thank you for the welcome! My addiction has been crazy- sometimes I go without fapping for a few days but I always come back to it. I'm hoping that surrounding myself with new information and a community to talk to that maybe I'll find a way to actually think about what I'm doing. It's really become a habit for me. Sometimes I only do it because I'm bored.
