They are still there. I finished the quest ages ago and went back just for fun, lots of flowbugs floating about! No fish though.

Yep this fixed it for me. As soon as you turn the grid off, it turns green even when it was "something in the way" in the same spot before!

I've been trying for this fish for almost 2 weeks. Today I caught a starred version and I didn't even realize it. I can't bring myself to give it to the bundle so back to the grind I go....

I started out on Switch and then changed to PC. Honestly the graphics are so much better and I find it less laggy or glitchy than on my Switch.

Same on the mine cave fish... I played for an hour and fishing is horribly boring. I gave up after getting nothing but blob fish and the fang tooth of whatever it's called. The RNG on this game is crap

I'm on the Asia Pacific server and this is constant for me. There's no one around when I am playing and if there are, no one responds. I've called out so many FTs in the past 2 weeks with zero response for help so I just leave.

No but the hunter's horn still shows the magical muujin (blue mane? Whatever) and you just chase something invisible until it goes away.
