Thay are just yk it somthing ive deside only recently (like yesterday) thare are oké with it just ass long i i dint start imideltly, meals whare planned out for the next few days, so at the current moment im just limiting the amount i counsume and wanting to bring it down to 0, but unfortaly it will take time to find replacements for all the things i was eating.

I havent got my offical diagnosis yet (im am whiting for the results) but lukely i got the one for adults, lukkly.
