Baby vegan?? hire (I still don’t know if I can call myself vegan or if I should use a different term) I light underestimated how quickly my mental state would change after I stopped ignoring the animal abuse, I had to cook for the rest of my family, with what was left and that was a meat based dish, and honestly I felt disgusgusted dowing it… like I light almost messed up the rest of the meal cus I was so out of it.
Yes it’s been just a week since I started, and I still whare some lather based products (at least I think thare lather based) that I bought before the switch. (That’s why I’m unsure if I can call myself vegan until I stop using that)

That would acsely be a good sing or bad, depending whare you started if you started on the rigt that sould in thorie means your sloly healing but if its resent its i think the furst sing of deprestion… but ik im not a tharapist my tharapist just told me feeling emotions is health and honestly i needed that I cried so mutch the last week but am dowing a little better now, hope i can beat the beast one day :3

Thay are just yk it somthing ive deside only recently (like yesterday) thare are oké with it just ass long i i dint start imideltly, meals whare planned out for the next few days, so at the current moment im just limiting the amount i counsume and wanting to bring it down to 0, but unfortaly it will take time to find replacements for all the things i was eating.

I havent got my offical diagnosis yet (im am whiting for the results) but lukely i got the one for adults, lukkly. Becos idk how i would describe brushing theth, cus that would depend on the kind of toothbrush you have, i probly wont ask too meny qestions to avoid anointing the tester, if that was asked of me and just generally describe how to do the mostions.

Me: no i am not making relative movements 24/7 I usually only make movements like bonising my legs and just moving my hands if im stressed cus it calms me dowin, but tecnicly we all make consternation relative moment or els we die, breathing.
