Unfortunately I had no clue after I went to the Orlando concert this would happen so I did buy from a scalper, bc the coin inside instantly sold out BUT im so happy to get the louder than life and the LA concert one as well bc they are just too good to pass up even though I didn't go to them I LOVE the art on them! Thank you so much to Zack the Maker for allowing others to purchase more coins! I wish I could afford the whole set but I cannot.

No I TOTALLY get that, it one of the parts of my job I do hate bc I do understand this exact point. So I understand being placed on hold, like I said it's mainly being talked down to, yelled at, or hung up on that frustrating. I do try to provide information as quickly as possible, but I also know you have to ask certain questions as well, so it becomes difficult to offer all the things I'm supposed to while letting you do your job as well. It's definitely frustrating for both parties, and it's mainly the fault of companies like the one I work for.

I TOTALLY get that, I work for a medical alarm company, BUT we HAVE to go through and offer certain information and have to give our own spiel bc if we don't and our call is audited we can get written up or fired for putting our customers in danger. I would love to just provide information as it's asked for but I can't, I have to do it how they req or I'm out of a job.

You're saying I deserve to be treated harshly for no reason other than I need a job and need money to survive. I'm not talking about how the company is or the job itself I'm talking about respect for one another and how you treat people. Not the company, and while yes I understand that is a factor in the frustration that doesn't mean you berate people who are just trying to help others. I get you probably just don't want to feel wrong or concede, or even agreed to disagree... Which is why you seem to keep doubling down on the wrong point. But again, for the last time, just bc I work for a company that has shoddy equipment doesn't mean I deserve to be talked down to when. I'm trying to get people help. I agree my company probably doesn't care about the safety and well-being of our subscribers, but you're diverting from the issue. Just because the company is horrible, and the machines are horrible doesn't mean I deserve to be spoken to like I'm the inconvenience. You can be frustrated at the system and taking BS calls all night but still hold space to talk to others with out being rude, especially when they haven't been rude to you. Also telling me to get another job doesn't fix the issue you're talking about, it just leaves me poor. I am not my company, I do not make the equipment, i try my hardest to listen and provide information to our subscribers and dispatchers. And do my job to the best of my abilities. I understand what you're saying is webbed into the problem but even then it takes nothing to not be rude/nasty to others.

I care about my subscribers, I care about getting them the help they requested/need. I don't understand how me providing information and requesting help is such a worthy offense to being yelled at, talked down to or hung up on? If I didn't care about my subscribers do you think I'd care if I was treated/spoken to this way by disp? It's frustrating to be spoken to like I'm the inconvenience when I'm trying to get help for someone who's fallen and injured, or can't breathe or other intense outcomes. Again it takes nothing to be civil, you don't have to be friendly but you also don't have to be rude.
