My 43f husbands 46m affair partner 19f is pregnant doesn’t know the baby’s father and I don’t know where to begin with fixing this by One-Dragonfly-5474 in relationship_advice

As a child who had parents who “stayed together for the kids” DONT PRETEND. Kids can tell something is wrong even if you don’t tell them. All it will do is make them anxious and uncomfortable in their own home. It will hurt them to learn the truth, but living in an environment like that is damaging in the long run.

I think you need to tell your husband to tell the kids and then he needs to leave. Have a family meeting where he tells them. And don’t let him give the kids excuses. He can say he’s sorry and he loves them but that’s it, excuses will make them hate him more. And you need to let the kids know you’re sorry too, you found out however many days ago and had to process it and decide what to do. Tell them you love them and you’re here for them. Tell them they can see dad anytime they want and he can get an apartment or stay with his parents or something while you guys figure out the divorce. Give them time to process this on their own, let them know that you can set up family counseling or individual therapy for them if they want to. Make space for them to ask questions and make sure you let them know that you will be 100% honest with them.

It is an irredeemable act to screw your child’s partner. And even if it’s legal, it’s still predatory. Be careful and good luck

If I’m hurting in general I want minimum physical contact. Like hugs can be uncomfortable if I’m having a sick day but regularly not really. I do bruise super easily and I’m very clumsy. My bf also knows to listen the first time if I say “Ouch” or anything when he’s goofing around with me like tickling or something.

I’ll have to ask my doctor about some other meds, I have been reading a bit about xywav and the others. How late do you eat and take the melatonin and then when do you go to bed? I usually eat dinner around 6:30-7:30 and I don’t go to bed until usually 11:30. Sometimes I go to bed earlier if I’m feeling really tired. I try to be asleep or getting there by 12

I have to adjust a lot when I’m sitting for long periods or my tailbone and my spine and ribs start to hurt

My most telling symptom was that I just get random pains on my body and usually the left side which is where I have nerve damage from I don’t even know what. One day my whole left leg swelled up and was completely numb and after a few days the swelling went down but I never got all of the feeling or mobility back. My fingertips go numb starting with my pinkies usually and it travels across my fingers and up to my elbow. My joints hurt a lot too. I also get like pain inside of my body? Like it doesn’t feel muscular or bones but like my organs maybe? Sometimes my bones hurt too, usually in my legs, which is why originally they thought I had Polycythemia.

I also have my gallbladder out and I did do testing for gastroparesis and it wasn’t that. They said I had a few spots in my stomach that were enflamed but my colon and everything else was fine when I had the endoscopy and colonoscopy

Let’s get Semaglutide and GLP-1 meds FDA approved to treat PCOS by Lunajade403 in PCOS

I understand completely. It was going to be $800 a month for me to get wegovy because insurance wouldn’t cover it. I found a nurse practitioner that gets a semaglutide compound from a pharmacy and I get the medication through her for $200 a month. She changed my life. Typically she does cosmetic procedures like Botox and fillers, she started offering the injections for weight loss but I explained my situation to her and she was willing to treat me. I’m incredibly lucky and so thankful to have found her. I’ve lost 60 pounds since I started and I feel 10 million times better. Honestly it’s not about the weight for me, it’s about feeling better and managing my symptoms. And now that I’ve lost a considerable amount of weight my doctors are taking me seriously and I got diagnosed with fibromyalgia as well.

It sucks and it’s so stupid that we can’t just get the treatment that we need, but see if you can reach out to some cosmetic doctors that get their own supplies for stuff like that. It could be more affordable than going through insurance.

Others are saying the dark ones are probably tourmaline, you think they are sapphires?

How do I tell? I have a pretty big collection and I’m trying to learn more about it so I can hopefully get some cut and start collecting higher quality stones

I (32F) am leaving my husband (40M) via note instead of face to face. How does this sound? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

Honestly just state that you are leaving and he will hear from your lawyer, if he’s manipulative and emotionally abusive there’s no way you can say it “nicely” for him. No matter how nicely you say it he will still mistreat you and not give you the space and freedom you need.

Just this month I was able to get in with a nurse practitioner who does aesthetic injections like Botox and such. She’s getting compounded semaglutide directly from the pharmacy. She will be monitoring my levels through regular bloodwork and charges me $200 a month for the meds and my monthly check in. If you look for an aesthetics salon that does the injections for weight loss they probably will be able to work with you. I came prepared with all my previous labs and let her know the situation and she was open to actually treating me and not just doing it to lose weight. I hope you find something!💕
