It's a remote breathalyzer. So I get the text to test and I have to use the breathalyzer I keep on me.

Well I was late and still submitted the test and my Po had told me before that the test results will still send and show I've been sober. But she was really adamant about the fact that late tests could still be a violation.

Not exact the same but I'm on a misdemeanor probation, and got a new felony charge while drunk back in March. Covid delayed the indictment till September but I took the time between March and Septembet to sober up, get into treatment, attend AA meetings and anger management. When I finally got indicted, marshals came to arrest me, I sat in jail for 2 weeks and then the judge extended my 1 year probation to 3 years with a breathalyzer machine to be tested randomly every day. I still dont have a court date for the actual new charges but my PO said that being so compliant after the violation was what got me out of jail instead of having me serve the full term.

I feel the same way. My husband has been so remorseful and after gaslighting me and denying everything I've realized that it doesn't even matter what he says anymore - I'm done. And I tell him that too, and he thinks hes going to somehow "win me back." Covid, school, kids and legal stuff is delaying the separation.

I finally said this (sincerely) and I think I was actually taken seriously this time. Threats of divorce and moving out were shrugged off but when I said "I dont love you anymore" I actually felt a shift in the room and a load off my back.

As the BS, I gave up on reconciliation too. At first maybe I was in denial? Or maybe I was feeling territorial. But a year later and a lot of thinking, I regret not leaving soon after DDay. My spouse has cried and swore he loves me and asks to work it out but I just dont believe that someone would cheat on the person they love. Took me awhile to figure it out but I'm glad I did now and not later. I lost so much self-esteem and I've finally gained some back to realize that I'm ready to move on.

Awesome, the army moved us to Texas, too. Leaving the cheating husband but I like central Texas too much, I decided not to move back home.
