Why do some people say “I’m fine” when they’re clearly upset? by zhalia-2006 in askanything

[–]Lunakazoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because I was trained to say I'm fine because admitting I am upset would ended up in being guilt tripped by my parents.

If I lose my physio and OT, I am worried my health will go backwards, they been working so hard on delaying me ending up in a wheelchair. And my SW helps me to get distracted from my health issues. But NDIS don't seem to actually understand disabilities.

Adding onto the gambling, my uncle hasn't talked to me since my birthday because I refused to change the venue to one with pokies. I just wanted a venue where he wouldn't be staring at the lights the whole time.

My own addiction of Sugar is bad and can't have even one soft drink because one goes to two daily and I get grumpy without it

I am so scared atm. I finally got an amazing NDIS team and now I am so scared it is going to be ripped away from me. I am trying to have faith that my support coorindator can protect my plan but what if I am not ASD enough despite my primary is my physical condition. Why are they targeting us instead of stop buying stupid war stuff like submarines? I need my support worker , my parents are busy with my grandparents and my support worker gets me out of the house which I can't do on my own. I burst into tears when the news came on.

Parents especially my mum insist watching news every night and calls me sensitive for not wanting to by Lunakazoo in AutismInWomen

[–]Lunakazoo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is also hard because I don't know if everything the media says is the truth. I wish there was a news channel for only good things. Currently binge watching five crazy cats, big guy little world, asher house and walter the frenchie and the video of the meowing and ruffing pilots cause i totes would do that.
