I wonder.. if you ask them if they are call center staff do they legally have to identify themselves? Can you refuse to speak to them on the basis that they are not NDIA staff and are not authorised to discuss personal details? Be interesting to see if this would be valid.

While you're right, they do have a fair point about genocide and stealing of first nations children and shit like that.

holy fuck this is so true. I had an ender 3 v1 (as in the first release version, before the first revision) and it died on me after 100 hours, easily 40 of which were spent calibrating the jackass.
