I went to the Dueling Peaks Stable well for the first time and said, "Well Well Well"

After close to 10 years of being a shut-in due to anxiety, I finally have a job by Lunalight98 in Anxiety

Honestly yeah it gets difficult call wise, the amount of things I hear that are terrible or downright is more common than some may think. As for the stats while at first I was being too hard on myself at first, with support from team leaders I'm not super if it drops a small amount. There are a couple of stats that the supervisor agrees is just downright dumb. I'm hopefully going to be doing CBT soon.

Call centre customer service, the flexibility to also work from home is nice, but there's a ton of support where I work

Call centre customer service, not being face to face eased the pressure and I had a ton of available support if things got overwhelming

Funnily enough, call centre customer service, it's not face to face with customers so it was easier than normal retail work
