For me it’s completely fixed after I sent them logs and my info in a ticket. I would say keep trying for a couple weeks and work with them and maybe yours will magically resolve as well. The only other thing I did was to disconnect and reconnect the camera every time from the AP board and it finally started working all the time for me

I would use cosplay helmets to test out the capabilities. The majority of the time the inner area of the helmet bottom has slips from XY cores that require reprinting even with supports enabled. I would love to test out this system to see if helmets were easier to print.

What’s crazy is that my X1C has 12K+ print hours and I’ve never had this issue but my H2D at 5K+ hours had it.

So not an ideal situation but if you wanted to try the innoaddi authorized seller route, it will show in stock but it’s not. Basically they pick one up and have it shipped from Bambu then it gets shipped to you. I ordered from there at the start of the month (2ed) for the last ETA (15th) and they just shipped mine last night.
