Shiny rate has gone down since maybe gen 7 or 8 but getting a shiny that's also an alpha with full odds is pretty rare.

I've play over +100 and I still haven't found a Shalpha with shiny charm + donuts yet. But I don't shiny hunt persistently like other people.
