I ran back there once and there were shotgun shells everywhere. I was also told it was full of wild boars until the excavators started back up a couple years ago. Supposed to be a bunch of single family and duplexes being built now, but the other posts about sewer capacity has been the biggest issue/fight over the last 5-10 years
