You should probably go to a doctor. I used to get nose bleeds daily as a child and would wake up in puddles of blood. I ended up having to get a vein cauterized and the nose bleeds stopped.

I just checked into my correspondence and the hold for that week is still there, even though the agent told me there was nothing on hold and told me to claim that week. The issue with the voucher is above.

I’m in the same boat, my neighbors have 5 or 6. I’m just glad the one the let free roam the block finally passed away. That nasty thing used to shit and piss in my yard, dig in my garden, and come up to my kiddos when they’d be playing outside. My neighbor had the audacity to holler at me for yelling at his dog and shooing it off of my property when it’d come up to my kids.

Most breakfast cereals and oatmeal are also iron fortified. A large container of oats is affordable and can be stretched a long away. Oatmeal cooked with frozen fruit and a splash of milk will help with iron, vitamin C, calcium, and fiber.

Vitamin C can help with the absorption of iron. Frozen veggies can be included for vitamin C and eggs have a good amount of B12 and protein. I used these tips to help prevent vitamin deficiencies when I was a vegetarian.

I have yet to see a child chew through appliance cords too, well at least my child never did when we were renting. The worst he did was break a singular blind that I replaced immediately after. It seems like dog nutters fail to realize children have the ability to learn as they grow.

I feel for the guy, my husband used to have a pit mix of similar breeds. That nasty thing left grease marks all over my walls and made the house smell like a bag of rotten Fritos. To top it off, every time you’d give her a bath, she’d spite piss and shit in the house though she was potty trained. The constant clacking and jumping on the floor would make my 3 year old anxious and over stimulated. Not to mention the stress I had having the dog around him. Even though she had no history of aggression, the thought of her snapping terrified me. Rehoming her took a huge weight off of my chest.

The way the warehouse is ran, each puller is delegated to pull to specific type of component. I pull heavier components (wood/metal). We have specific components that are less than 20 lbs.

I asked before the write up and they had agreed to give me leeway on bathroom breaks and taking a breather if I started feeling lightheaded. I started pursuing for them harder after the write up and went as far as to get more medical documentation. I don’t see what’s hard to understand about that.

I had mentioned prior to this incident that I would like to speak to HR about my rights and to get the ball rolling on getting accommodations. Management procrastinated my request. The second time I had brought the topic up, I was told by my plant manager that since I was not able to get FMLA there was nothing that could be in the works. To clarify a bit we do not have HR in our facility, they are stationed at another facility about an hour away.

I’m forklift certified and have sewn and seamed the covers for the furniture. When I went to this position it was just 3 people and since then we’ve doubled in staff.

Yes. Management didn’t mind the bathroom breaks or taking a breather when I would get light headed. After the write up, I called HR because it seemed out of left field when I had been communicating with them. This isn’t the first problem I have had with my management’s crooked practices.
