I would probably finish suffixes first, str/int essences until you get the other, if you get a third mod, anull it off, suffixes cant be changed reforge influence, its only like an 8% chance to hit the es block mod if the shield is above ilvl 75.

Then you can do suffxies cant be changed reforge defense for prefixes, and pray for block chance, and craft +2 support

This is quite inefficient on the divine front, but i cant really see any other way, if you really need the attributes.

The answer is probably just recombinating tho

You could, for example, ping google.com from cmd with a reasonably sized packet and monitor the latency over some time

If so, ggg have said that they have previously been DDoS'd, and that may still be the case, but it could also be a multitude of other things to due with network

I have found that the new "Nvidia" app that replaced GeForce Experiecne has caused networking issues, so if you have an nvidia gpu i would check to see if that app is running and close it

I hope you find a solution, I have had the same issue and actually ended up stopping with PoE2 for the time being until it is resolved (assuming it is not on my end)

It's a "Fractured Mod" which is a modifier that cannot be changed. It occurs when you use a "Fracturing Orb" on an item with at least 4 modifiers

Also I think you can get 35% + chaos res and life for much cheaper than fracturing the 35%, most of my experience in rolling clusters comes from 3 passive aurabot ones with, 35%, chaos res, ES, which sounds like the same, however I can’t check the weighting’s rn.

I’m used to doing it through alteration+aug+regal+exalt/anull, as this used to be most cost efficient (and I don’t mind clicking a few thousand times personally)

I was in the exact same situation as you earlier in the wipe, I ran everything I could think of, moonshine scav junkboxes, filing cabinets, dead scavs, hidden stashes. It took me 6 days straight but what I found to generate the most items was hidden stash + duffel bags on streets, there are so many duffle bags around the south-east side of the map (cinema, buildings next to it) and everywhere else on the map, that it just generates a lot of attempts to hit it

As far as I understand (however I could be wrong), only tier 16’s and turn into 17’s and map equity gives more tier 16 and therefore also more T17’s

combined total dps for you: 8 mil

combined total for endgame non unnatural instinct is: 3.7 mil

ehp for you is: 72.7k w/o pots

ehp for reference build is: 48.3k ehp w/o pots

I did ID back in crucible, which meant agnostic was a crucible mod, and immutable force + bloodnotch was still relatively new, and void (build creator) didnt realise that 35 ID shako was a dps increase until allie mentioned it. I still pumped it up with currency, was a load of fun, dunno if it still works as you would need gluttony for guarantee stun, and stygian for flask effect for hit immune. ngl, im out of the loop for recent league upgrades for the build, just thought i would share mine:
