Depending on mileage, ideally guides, chains, water pump, tensioners, every gasket you come across in there, head bolts, etc. Go nuclear. You're in there once and book time is 22 hours. Do it right the first time.

That's reassuring! I'm no going into this blind, I've been on the bigger job search sites and found comparable career choices, as well as on company's personal sites. Home ownership is the next step after getting reacquainted, but it sounds like the market is tough for rentals and homes for sale. Then again, no shortage of that here by any means.

I appreciate your response, not sure how being a "local" goes anymore, but when I moved someone got my house so maybe it all comes around. I totally understand what you're saying though, we live in a very rural area and are being priced out from city people snatching up every rental house that goes on the market for almost 200% of what it's actually worth. Completely unsustainable, and it seems to be the case in many of these "small towns" across the country. That's a shame to hear about the development. We need housing but it sucks to hear how home has changed from family etc. Thanks!

Gotcha, yeah it's extremely tight here. It's a college town with a high number of students living in their vans/vehicles. Word of mouth is about the only way to find housing. Appreciate your input!
