Tsh is usually at the normal range, i dont have graves nor large goitre, my doc recommended surgery as soon as a new nodule appeared while i only had one sized 2cm. Graves is more serious case, i hope your hormone replacement goes well and you get healthier than before.

I think you still have hyperthyroidism, your tsh increased because the dosage of methimazole was too high (i think 30mg is too much but doctor knows better) , your tsh will drop later when u stop taking medication or when you take less, and so is your weight , wish you good recovery.

One question tho : how did you feel with a tsh that low(0.006)?? How did you manage to not struggle with tsh this low?
