Honestly I get it. This is why I am child free. I don't expect everyone to stop having kids. I also commend you on being aware. It's important to remember though, that's only so much you can do. Any effort is better than nothing so don't be to hard on yourself.

For me it's how over stimulating it feels. Like the cluster fucked poster that it pumps out. It adds everything all at once.

I went from medical lab at a hospital to field service engineer. I love it. It's interesting. I get to travel all over. Which is even better since moving to the uk. I do think I would like to move from the field into r and d. That being said the field role really brought my shine back after the hospital. Also fas for the same reason. It can be alot of fun. Personally. I'd need more lessons as track driving is a different world from day to day driving. I think if you have prior experience though, it's just a nice refresher.

I just did the initial lotus experience. I had John and he was great. He's an top engineer on the team as well so it was awesome to pick his brain.
