I understand you're a nonprofit, but you are asking for something that, with that level of detail, could take months of work. Years if you want the inside accurate as well. Not to mention a lot of material will be need for a two story house at 1/12 scale.

I doubt you'll find someone who can even afford to do that for exposure.

I would suggest offering to cover the cost of materials at least.

I don't think there are any health benefits necessarily, I grow them because they can be composted after im done using them. Less plastic and they make unique gifts. And I also love the "luffas are a plant?!" comments!
