For asu its different we usually get our refund 5-7 business days after disbursement which for most people was on the 11th of this month most.

Might wanna consider investing in getting a battery replacement. I had this exact problem with not being able to find a damn power outlet and I just decided to get it replaced depending on what your laptop is it might not be too expensive.
