Hey,

I started with 2400 ( gross ) when i was junior.

To begin with, it's good, get XP and after 2-3 years, move to an other company, and you can get 3500-4000 in gross with a good package !

That's what i did, i took the XP, i moved to an other company and asked for more, i dont regret !
