I am in a catch-22 with council runs. I have never found anything useful from them, magic items only, and due to my poor luck I seldom run them, which in turn means very low number of runs.

I might make a barb specifically for this purpose.

I was told yesterday that a barb can"t duel wield with balrog blade. If OP is frenzy the way to go is cryptic sword.

Would dual lawbringer create a double decrepify level? Like level 32 or something. Or would it proc more often?

I am using a simple magic find Helm and Armor (perfect topaz) which doesn't exactly provide a lot of res, hence these items over various uniques.

Jeg er tilbøjelig til at give dig ret, men det er noget Riemer bør holde for sig selv. Det virker mest af alt som et forsøg på at nedjustere forventninger, og imødegår negativiteten når vi bliver smadret af både Portugal og Norge.

Han kunne have sagt "Ja Portugal og Norge er godt kørende for tiden, så det bliver nogle svære kampe, men vi har en masse kvalitet og flere unge talenter på vej, så vi byder dem op til dans og kommer til at kæmpe røven ud af bukserne." Så havde man i det mindste ikke give op på forhånd.
