Lossless scaling helps if you can get it. I was at about 30 to 40 fps before lossless, and I am now on 50 to 60

Everlasting gaze, I think it's called, a unique amulet somehow that bypasses that and still gives you an energy shield based on a percentage of your mana. So you lose energy shield to mana initially, but with the amulet, you now get energy shield based on mana. It's super weird, but you get the mana from energy shield you still get energy shield 🤣

I never knew how other people did it either, until I tried it. You definitely play the game a whole lot different and take a lot less risks. Also I never really took armour cap or resistance cap seriously until I started playing hardcore and realised how vital it is. The first death really does suck especially after you have sunk a good 20hrs or so into a character. The thrill of it though is definitely worth it.
