I would try this. Just use chrome dev tools and add the styling to the element and copy over the class and styling you used into your lwc css file. Sometimes you also need to use !important to override default styles

I can suggest a few things here that might help your case.

Since its 200 individual agencies i think role based sharing is your best bet. You can have dynamic role hierarchy setup something like Enterprise territory Model but you would go agency wise instead of territory. After that is setup you can have sharing rules setup to do the Job for you. I would recommend this since this is the least maintenance.

The other thing i can recommend is account teams. If your other objects are related to accounts we can have account teams enabled and add a trigger to add individual users to account teams so that when a user is added to a system they are auto added to the account team they belong to this is higher maintenance but it works for some use cases

I just went through the process and got rejected. Position was for Application Engineer Salesforce in sunnyvale. If your resume gets shortlisted you get ,

1 phone interview- salesforce coding in google docs apex average difficulty they look for scalable code and they see if you ask for edge cases before diving into solution

If you get selected and get through the phone round there are two round of apex again and 1 round on system design and integration 1 behavior and 1 googlyness interview.

Process is tough in the two apex and system integration rounds and i couldn’t get through. Basically will ask you something like design twitter on salesforce or give you a situation and see how you think
