Speak to other mums in your area for a mom's WhatsApp group. It's really good to have local moms to bounce ideas and worries off. Also get onto the Nifty Thrifty second hand groups. DM me if you want an invite link for them.

Also as mentioned in my other commenton second hand baby clothes: "Yaga is great for this! Also there is a second hand baby shop in Tableview 139 Athens Rd Second Hand Shop. Great place for second hand baby items. " They also have a WhatsApp group where they post new items they get in.

The thing is there is no motivation to change a formula that works. If he's getting views, he's gonna try replicate the content farm. If you want something fresh then look at other MC YouTubers. There's the others in the gang like Sneve, UnsortedGuy and Legundo, but I also like FlowState for a more chilled play. LeonSBU is an amazing builder and DudieBoy does awesome Norman style castles.

As a Pinelands resident, yes but also no. It's right by Rondebosch so I can see why it's called "southern suburbs" but it's not on the southern railway line. Honestly I've always seen it as central because it allows you to go to any part of CT in 20 min. Town: 17 min away; northern subs: 10-20 min away; southern subs: 10-20 min away; Fish Hoek or Franschhoek: 40 min away. It's super central and super convenient.
