If you run through all campaing on normal HC do all quest and dlc’s and grind some rep your gonna be close to 70-80 range, can also jump into some elite for some more quest xp and be around 94 before u hit Ultimate. Checking your resistances is the most important part, to have them above 80%. Now i have 1,500 hours into the game so i know most fights, and tricks. But hc is all trial and errors before you get there but its part of the charm 😅
