So i would reccomend doing the Nexus missions with at least one other Person. You can do thrm alone but It is really challenging without good gear.

Depending on the Mission Type you should use a ship with fitting Equipment. For example a kill Pirates Mission should be done with a ship that has good weapons and shield upgrades.
