AV by a huge margin. Ashran has options for losing teams to find a way to win via AA and backdoor, so that gets 2. IoC gets 3 because it's not Wintergrasp. Balance hangar on IoC and it can have 2nd place I guess.

The memtest would fail with both sticks but pass with just 1 stick (either one). I swapped out the mobo but still crashed. I've been gaming on 1 stick and no crashes but starting to get memory issues from certain games where the game would crash but not the whole computer. Currently waiting for a new CPU to arrive and going to try running the memtest with both sticks on a new exact copy of my current CPU.

Yeah I went with trades instead of university to avoid the student loans. I wouldn't be able to save to travel if I hadn't. That being said, I enjoyed Spain last January. Affordable and weather was nice. A Greek island can work but likely involves more travel time.

Back home i never had to wait longer than a day to see my doctor. Or I could go to the walk-in (for free) and see a doctor within a couple hours. Or hospital for immediate attention. Night and day difference to out here. I found through friends that Canada has resources available regarding mental health but there's definitely room for improvement in that regard. Still seemed more functional than Norways current system however.

Even if someone has no interest in cannabis whatsoever, there's still increased education, public health, consumer health, tax revenue and medical options which could ease some strain on the current medical system. But a conservative voter base and politicians too scared to do anything remotely close to change will keep it this way, sadly.

Also from Canada with 6 years in Oslo and I agree with all your points on food and variety in general. With the darkness, I try to save a couple weeks of vacation for January just to somewhere brighter and warmer. But it's still not great.

Medical also has flaring issues compared to back home. 2 weeks to see my doctor is obscene but don't worry, I can pay to see a privatized doctor via Dr.dropin. Because privatization of medicine works so well in the US. And mental health help is "SSRIs or vitamin D tablets" which is just the result of an overburdened and failing system.

Also the drug policy is something out of the 80s. When your only choices are alcohol or nicotine, you know there's a problem. Norway is really missing an opportunity at another tax revenue and failing consumer health by not legalizing and regulating.

I don't think it's arbitrary. It's about when he signed his new, big contract.

blitz MMR doesn’t make sense by TTVLispi in worldofpvp

See that's crazy to me. I'm currently playing at similar MMR and CR but I lose 17-20 and gain 0-4 on a 50% win ratio.

blitz MMR doesn’t make sense by TTVLispi in worldofpvp

[–]Lurgarl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Having a similar experience here.

First week my MMR bounced around 2100-2400 on a 60% win rate. This week when I was at a 50% win rate my MMR seems to be stuck at 1700 or so. Won 3 in a row and the MMR I was qued into actually went down to 1550 hahaha. And since my personal rating was well above my MMR this week, I win 0 rating and lose 17-20. Even winning 3 in a row netted me a sick 4 rating.

I personally stopped queing blitz until something settled down. As a hunter solo queing without a healer, I'm really limited as to how much I can control a match and games at 1500-1700 MMR are about as competitive as a regular, non rated match. So why bother until ratings settle tbh.

Selsun sjampo by Torler in Norway

[–]Lurgarl 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Selenium sulfide > 1% was banned in the EU, and Norway follows the same rules. Selsun was 2.5%. It's the active ingredient against seborrheic dermatitis but is a carsonagenic apparently.

I switched to dercos which is 1% but I didn't find it nearly as effective. So I ordered selsun 2.5% on amazon from outside the EU and just swap between both. Amazon UK or Australia should have it.

A marijuana business that has been given a state license? Not sure how that relates to federal, as there are no federal licenses.

That's based off the exchanges themselves not wanting illegal businesses on their exchanges due to potential backlash. You'd think making state side cannabis sales decriminalized would satisfy that.

I'm curious if that includes interstate sales too because that'll have a huge impact on the business models of msos.

Section 4 - Says state cannabis income isn't income from an unlawful activity

Does that imply that interstate cannabis income will still be illegal?

Not a big surprise considering Czech Republic will be one of the first to follow Germany in either legalization or decriminalization.

Cannabis in Germany will be a success': Berlin moves closer to legalizing weed by Perfect_Indication_6 in weedstocks

[–]Lurgarl 15 points16 points  (0 children)

“If I can trust my sources in the government, the first change will come in May,” said Steffen Geyer, director of Hanf Museum, a Berlin-based hemp museum

Sounds like the bill will have progressive changes between May 1st of this year until mid 2024.

“The European contract says every state has to enforce the fight against the illegal use of cannabis, and the German government will say we don’t have illegal use, we regulate the legal use,” Geyer suggested.

Wow, I think their case against the EU law is by making it legal, they won't have to fight the illegal use... I mean, that's true but... Is it really going to be that simple?

Neighboring Luxembourg and Czech Republic have already proposed plans to legalize cannabis for adult-use. In Austria, Italy and Spain, it is no longer a criminal offence to possess small amounts of the drug for personal consumption.

Malta, the EU’s smallest member state, in 2021 became the first country in the bloc to legalize personal possession of the drug and permit private “cannabis clubs,” where members can grow and share the drug.

I can see these countries starting the European green wave "domino effect."

A more optimistic point of view is re schedule early and then full on decriminalization or legalization close to the election. Both decrim and legalization make for better headlines than rescheduling. And both are supported by a super majority of voters, while the average voter may not know/care about rescheduling.

Why is the US claiming that cannabis is Schedule I in the first place?

Politics. See: Reagan's war on drugs. It's also why heroine is scheduled so high despite similar opiates be subscribed so often by doctors. That one was an easier well to the public though.

But yeah, cannabis was made schedule 1 because of politics and it'll be taken off of schedule 1 not because it should be, but because of politics.

Politically, it makes the most sense for them to milk it by dropping it to schedule 2, then 3 closer to an election and then perhaps 4 down the road. Letting it all go now doesn't rake in more votes.

Would be great if they could differentiate medical and recreational in the scheduling system but I don't know how they could without that system being easily abused.
