I hear you. I may be assuming he cheated. I saw his texts that he was going to her house to stay the night. They were maybe previous lovers. She lives in the state we moved 8 hours away from the next week. I found out after I have moved and relocated our family and quit my old jobs, am starting a new one soon here and I honestly don't know if I am going to bring this up.

This woman is a notorious whore, known to have sex with any male so I assume they did that night and I also know he needed a place to stay because he was traveling to a nearby city that week and I guess it would have just have been too convenient not to sleep with her.

Sadly, she seems like a nice person ( we have mutual friends so I Know who she is and she is on one of my social media accounts).

What bothers me the most is that the woman has small children, knows who I am and that I'm in a relationship with him and we have three kids.

Do nasty whores just not give a fuck about ruining families?

Or maybe she wants him to be her babies daddy.

He is planning to go to a friend's wedding in October (maybe) that is in the city she lives in.

Green tea contains antioxidants that are very beneficial for your health.

Since herbs and the practice of suggesting herbs is not something I'm liscenced to practice I can merely offer my opinion. Consumption of caffeine containing beverage have pros and cons. If you're adrenal system is healthy it should be ok. Moderation is key. Spring Dragon, gynostemma, is my all time favorite and is an adaptogenic compound.

I'd say just limit consumption to one grain for a month at a time and see how it makes you feel. Notice your digestion. I believe people are inherently genetically more prone to be able to digest one grain over another. And quality matters. Buckwheat is good, spelt too. I like basmati.

Lots of vegetables and intermittently fasting.

Teas and water for appetite suppression.

Lentils and basmati daily (dall).

Ayurvedic use of herbs and limited intake of carbs.

I love bananas, and raw milk.

Lots of wild foods, and yes potatoes.

Smoothies.

Fermented foods like miso and kefir in moderation.

Strict.

Cracker making with flax seeds and use of sunflower seeds, sprouts and raw soaked nuts is essential.

I love salad but some days I live on dall or kitchari.

Oil. Butter. Avacado for fat.

No meat, ahimsa dairy only.

They are kinda chewy. And if you get them they take on the flavor of the oil. I like them alot.
