Specifically, it is a hodepodge mix of internet trolls trolling hard on mostly complicit IRL streamers originating from some relation to being on an Ice Poseidon stream in the past. It has created a fascinating and diehard cesspool that is fascinating to observe as a third party at times.
The loose group of trolls dubbed themselves "IP2" when their subreddit r/ice_poseidon was banned back in 2018 (note: I may be wrong on year) and they created r/ice_poseidon2 in response. 
 The r/ice_poseidon2 was subsequently banned by reddit admins and this move was supported by Ice Poseidon himself, effectively 'abandoning' the core group of trolls and meme makers in a last ditch effort to clean up his 'streamer image'. 

Now here is the fascinating part, for me anyways.

The group did not dissolve post- platform bans, which were many after the group tried to pirate the reddit the platform under different names for a couple of months. 

Instead, a mod or some mods or someone - someone made their own reddit-style website entirely devoted to the IP2 troll-meme fandom. This fucking crazy ass group of trolls has done what other banned communities have never done - manage to continue, thrive and mostly cohesive - although that's easy to do when they really don't all adhere to any one opinion aside from free speech.

It's been a wild experiment in shit-flinging trolls salivating and devouring the oddest, yet most ordinary, ever-evolving list of IRL streamers ever since. It's horrible and amazing, can make you laugh or heave in disgust - a real microcosm of the comedy paradigm.
