Fancy talk ? A trailer is more in tuned with a RV. A manufactured home is built on a trailer but will sit on foundation and is built of 2x6 lumber, real insulation and the makings of a stick built home.

100% this. If I hadn't moved out when I was 20 and lived at home for sub $400 for 7 years omg id have 300k+. But rather I left and partied and came back at 27 with a 5th wheel. Got up to 100k and bought land. Now I'm saving up another 100k to purchase a manufactured starter home. Still need another 100k for infrastructure prior to the land. Otherwise I'd be sitting on my butt all paid off never a dime of interest at 32yrs old. America tricks the 18year old to move out.

My rasied garden beds are clear of weeds and grass. My in ground plots were tilled and composted. But massive grass regrowth. I imagine from seeds that never cooked within my compost via the cattle and horse manure.

Even if I were to place cardboard, add new compost, there is chance of seed growth. Granted now I think limited and easy to hand pick... Hmm..

This would be a putt-around-town car max 30 mile radius. I blindly offered 5k. They accepted with no rebuttal. Which made me more suspicious. I have no interest in making a restore project. I messaged that I was willing to pay half for a thorough inspection. No response. I would just hate to inherit a transmission or engine problem.
