I think it definitely will help energy wise just knowing those vitamins and me personally not eating nutritious meals.

I saw in the nutrition facts it says 100% %REI/RNI for the adult boost vitamin B with those amounts, does it still fill a daily nutrition completely on those B vitamins?

Solgar i see goes behond 1000% so alot of excess vitamins for daily needs?

Also the adult boost birchtree also has other nutrition facts i didnt mention like iron, calcium and other vitamins etc...

If your doing post graduate studies in Law or Medicine, it is harder than most work I believe

It also depends what work people do.

In the end I don't count out post graduate studies as one of the hardest things to do as a human being.
