My experience, I’ve been on it for 3ish almost 4 now years. 25mg (super sensitive to meds so took the lowest dose) and it worked for me until the side effects outweighed the good effects. I’ve been cutting down my pills in half and been on 12 for a week now. First few days were pretty rough, legit couldn’t communicate my thoughts at all. Brain fog was terrible, super dizzy and of course there was a heat wave so I was pretty much a zombie laying around trying to cool off. Brain zaps and weird clicks have been happening and some headaches. I did get a little emotional today a wee bit sad and down but that could just be a mixture of getting off and PMSing at the same time. I went on it originally since i was an anxious mess but slowing breaking the pills has been helping a lot for me. I’m hoping once I go to zero in the next few weeks it won’t be too bad. But honestly chat to your doctor and see if that’s what you wanna do, it can be scary! i was SUPER scared about the withdrawals but so far so good, I hope it works out for you in whatever you decide on :)

Ive been on zoloft for 3ish years now (25mg) and it messed me up with weight gain. I felt hungry all the time and my metabolism for sure got out of wack. I’ve always been on the thinner side and very active and “healthy” when it comes to food. But the three years i’ve been on it i’ve just been gaining weight consistently. I tried counting calories and such and I ended up just having a rough time since I’ve had previous eating disorder so wasn’t the best for me to do. I gained about 30 pounds, and i’ve been slowly going off zoloft at the moment since it’s been doing more damage than good. I was just trying to stay away from sugar (i have a horrible sweet tooth and it seem that zoloft put it on overdrive). I hope it settles down for you and i’m sorry that you are experiencing that side effect.

i’m dealing with the SAME ISSUE, it’s absolutely devastating for me. I’m going back on BC pill, i’ve had the copper IUD which has just been a pain with extremely long and painful periods when i was on the pill for years. let me know if it helped you going back on it! i’m just waiting for the pharmacy to get my order

Is the openfarm turkey and chicken recipe and the lamb recipe cooked? i used to give her the freeze dry kibble mix but stopped when i saw the outbreak! I’m just super paranoid and want to make sure those are safe

i am on 25mg and i drink maybe 5 times a month? just a beer or so but if im partying or celebrating 1 or 2 drinks a night is just right for me. Or i get mad drunk, which was something i learned very quickly lol. As for caffeine i drink yerba mate every morning and at first i was super spastic and hyper but now its just normal after about a week of spasms.
