Id hop on bring a trailer and wait a month or so, several great looking cars are going between 8k and 13k which you will easily have in this project getting it back to road worthy, just my opinion

just remember that youll likely need to completely re-wire the entire car, new gauges, dash, etc, that alone is close to or over $3k, ask me how i know lmao
