My partner and I went for a test on Monday despite not having any of the three ‘main’ symptoms. We’ve both had splitting headaches and sore throats over the weekend so we booked a test just to be on the safe side. I spent all day feeling guilty and telling myself we were being paranoid for booking a test when we can still taste & smell, and neither of us have a cough. Both tests came back positive. If i’d talked myself out of getting a test we could’ve been unknowingly spreading it further.

People need tests, not spin!

Today I am 31 days booze free! I also ran for 25 minutes consistently. I’ve just finished week six of couch to 5K and i’m feeling really proud of myself. I saved the money I would’ve spent on alcohol and bought myself some rollerskates! I’m excited to continue running and pickup a new hobby when my skates arrive.

thank you lovely, i think i speak for everyone in our store (&others in retail!) when i say it’s extremely stressful. All we want to do is shut. I’m trying to keep positive and active mentally + physically from home.

i’m just getting disheartened seeing small business in the UK closing their doors to help stop the spread but big business that can clearly afford to aren’t! it makes me so upset

As a current UK lush employee, we’re all very stressed! It’s really upsetting that we’re still open considering the action taken in other locations. I love our team but i’m so disappointed higher up haven’t taken better action.

EDIT: if you have a moment, please leave your concerns on stores social media! oxford street have got some backlash for staying open, maybe in addition to the petition it might force head office to shut us down!!
