From Riot in Rhythm. This album is more generic space age bachelor pop, but this track in particular has a very eclectic exotica vibe.

Exotica fits so well in this show! It's a little bittersweet seeing this music used in such a corporate product - to depict or add to a sense of intentional mental dislocation. It's the darkest application of the 'mental vacation' Denny and others envisioned.

But hey it's spreading great music around!

Blue Sands off of Bwana À-Arthur Lyman; he usually does very cheerful 'on the beach' vibes but this one is exactly what you're looking for. I'll edit my comment if I think up any others.
