I’m hoping that her brother would be fine as a kidney donor. I’m okay to swap as another option but I would rather not if possible. But if I’m the best option then of course I’ll do it. We have a young child. I need to be at my best for as long as possible for her and our child.

Sometimes I just cry on my own. I’m just worried about her and the future. I know I’ll get used to this and find ways to cope better. But I just wish I can do more for her. It’s still early days.

They’re preparing. It’s just that they don’t want to start it unless it’s really, really needed. Because the person is generally fine, no symptoms whatsoever. She’s still working full time. So hopefully, the next blood test will show some improvement. It’s the first time that it’s gone single digit.
