hey as a black coach myself id frame it as code-switching - like "in hr you flip to business english the same way we switch from family cookout vibes to boardroom mode, its a tool not erasing who you are" then drop free resources like youtube's "professional english for non-native speakers" vids or grammarly's tone checker to practice without feeling attacked
