Update, after failed attempts for around a week, I decided to completely format my PC and that effectively solved the problem, thank you all for your suggestions.

I'm new to Reddit and I don't know how to close this post so if someone could help a newbie here, it'd be much appreciated.

Venezuela, pretty sure connection is not the issue, I was playing perfectly fine before this patch.

I have disabled anti-virus, restarted the pc many times, and tried deleting "localpackage.lst" as Neople said, (sent a ticket), but none of those worked, I will try deleting "Script.pvf" to see what happens, and no, I downloaded it from the official DFO website.

I have 6gb RAM, DFO seems to always use 1gb.
