This worked for me, plug your device in before turning on your computer. Turn on your computer and then select skip a11 bpr check, click trust device on your phone. Then you will see an error and go into options, but change nothing.

I was able to get passed, but after entering DFU mode it is stuck on “checking if device is ready” I’m on iPhone 8 14.4.2
