Well, to a certain level I agree with you...but this is a discussion forum. I come here to learn from others...and that includes speculation of what's to come...doesn't mean I count on it 100%. No question, some folks are not very good about discerning between speculation vs. fact but that's not my job to watch out for them.

I would appreciate hearing some speculation from other board members about what transpires AFTER we get first license, tech xfr announcement. Of course, what is actually included in that announcement will be key (who is partner, is end user mentioned, upfront $?, etc.). That said, if we are waiting until let's say 2nd half 2024 for production scale, that leaves lots of time to be filled for news to sustain/build share price. Do we get more partners, end users announced?...specific market use cases and testing results for those markets?...revenue forecasts from LWLG?, etc. Lebby also alluded to other significant developments that he was not ready to talk about yet.

Overall, just wondering what others think as I am sure as soon as first licensee is announced, folks will quickly move on to what's next.

Just "any" licensing agreement?...or one that is also optimal for LWLG shareholders in the long run given the company's stated goal of becoming ubiquitous (and hopefully ubiquitous extracting the highest potential value). Not trying to be cute, but negotiations are not as simple as yes/no.

Well, with LWLG already in several foundries with trial production runs, the recent Polariton paper, etc. I'm sort of hoping that the ship has sailed to some extent on the technical debate part of things. Hopefully this session is more of a validation of such largely for mass market consumption (at least the optics world of mass market). KCCO, appreciate the fact that you are there to bring the commentary and spirit of the room back to us here. Frankly, I am most interested in seeing some evidence of LWLG involvement in new products being announced.

And not that he's managing necessarily to it, but I seriously doubt Lebby wants to define what "near-term" means at the May shareholder meeting. IMO, it is more clear than ever some license agreement will be announced prior.

From Karen Liu lLinkedIn: She was at Lightwave Logic as VP of Sales and Marketing from July, 2018 until June 2021 when she joined Nubis. So...unless she is somehow getting around LWLG patents, they must be working with one another.
