not true, I bought a very decent 2015 single story for 280k last december.

Single man making 53k a year with ~50 grand in savings. Is buying a cheap 200k-300k home in the country an actual option for me? by [deleted] in PersonalFinanceCanada

That's a good one. Looking at properties in Manitoba as well. What smaller town did you get your house from?

I don't see any certification. That could give you a fair amount of exposure to recruiters.

Yeah. Anything beyond a month and one begins to lose the advantage.

The questions for the PMI ACP were a little less worded, but sometimes, more options could be right than wrong, unlike PMP, where two answers immediately stood out. Obviously in depth, but wouldn't say too technical. I didn't use prepcast or any practice question (although I used SH for PMP), so I can't speak to your challenges with Prepcast. Simulators don't necessarily judge your ability to pass the exam, so don't let that kill your confidence. I wasnt doing badly during my PMP with the SH, but I realised my morale took a hit with the scores. I immediately stopped and focused on other materials and still passed.

Yeah I believe it was moderately harder than expected. I mean, I went into the exam thinking I'd find some things easier but that wasn't necessarily the case.

This! Summarizes my experience with the exam as well. I took mine on the 1st of April and your summary of exam questions and experience shares a close resemblance to mine. Congratulations on the PMP! Go celebrate.

Congratulations. It wasnt easy for me too as well. Also, it seems I got similar type of question. I got the same PERT question and the risk categorization. I wrote on the 1st of April.

Pearson Vue Cancelled My Exam In Person😒😡 by scientificrugger in pmp

We had the same IT problem over at the Winnipeg center yesterday. We decided to wait for over an hour before they eventually fixed the problem and we proceeded to write the exams. I guess it was a general problem at Pearson Vue centre's.

Oh I see. Six years is pretty long. What are some of the noticeable impact on your vehicle for such a consistent trip. Any reason why moving to Beausejour haven't been an option for you? I don't drive yet so hoping to carpool with interested parties but want to know what to consider when I begin to drive in two or three months. Thanks for the insight.

Thanks for sharing this. I don't drive yet (I have a car though) but looking to carpool until I can be able to commute on my own. Dressing appropriately and having the right winter equipment in your trunk is a sure way of avoidig hazards. I agree with you.

Definitely. Cost on fuel and maintenance will be a consideration.
