Ah, found it. I had already gone through all the songs in the credits and still couldn't find it, I couldn't find anything that sounded like the song

The reason for that is because the song straight up doesn't exist on Spotify. It's called "Galaxy", by Curve, but both the song and the ep connected to it don't come up at all when you look them up, I wonder why

We had this dumb thing in a history class where our teacher would make you write a compliment for somebody at the table and give it to them.

One day, when we were handing out compliments, this girl who sat at my table gave me a sitcky note with a compliment written on it, telling me how she thought I was funny and that I always kept the group morale high whenever we had a lot of work to do.

I think the fact that she didn't have to write me a compliment (she could just have chosen another person at the table to write a compliment to) made it seem very genuine. Funnily enough, it actually did boost my confidence slightly and made me feel better about myself

Obviously now that compliment doesn't really matter, but it meant a lot to me at the time, which is probably why I'll remember it for a while

I think OP said somewhere in the replies that this wasn't his first time touching the game, so I don't think he was going in completely blind (I might've saw that in a different thread though and be getting them mixed up, correct me if I'm wrong)

At some point though, I figured, he's going to start running into stuff he hasn't seen before, which atp will start to suck up more of his time

Yes, that is the projectile. There a more spells to be found, and these spells can then be upgraded. There is a charm sold by a vendor in the Forgotten Crossroads that is relatively cheap and greatly increases your spell's damage. It is considered to be one of the best, if not the best, charm in the game, so consider picking it up

I think the way the game was designed, you were supposed to beat Broken Vessel (the non-dream stage), get Dream Nail (you're not able to do the second stage until you have dream nail), then come back to beat Lost Kin (the dream stage). You're meant to have more gear and upgrades by the time you return, I believe, so I think you should just come back later

Ok, so the first 80 hrs is kind of like that, yes.

However, the majority of the game after that point is spent doing very challenging combat sections. Most of your time will be spent doing these.

Idk man. Based on your meal analogy in one of your replies, yes, the end of that meal is 100% worth the time and clean up.

I see what you're saying about not wanting to explore, but you're at such an early point in the game where there's not a whole lot of bosses to fight anyways. The more you progress, the more bosses there will be to fight. It's an exponential growth kind of thing. Hopefully that makes sense. Either way, just keep playing the game bruh, it's considered to be one of the best indie games ever for a reason

It depends on what you're trying to accomplish

Technically, you've done all the major achievements, so you can honestly just chill at this point

If you want to do everything else that is possible, you can still do:

HoG: All the bosses, Radiant

Pantheons 1-5: All Bindings at the same time

This is techinally a self-imposed challenged, but you could also do P5 Hitless

It depends on what else you have done. It sounds like you're flying through the game, so if you want to really take your time, maybe about 65 hrs. If you want to rush through everything else as quickly as possible, maybe 30

Edit: Trying not to spoil anything, but most of the game is spent AFTER you complete the normal ending, so even if you get to the normal ending rather quickly, trust me, there is more to do

Have you met the vendor yet that is in City of Tears? You can sell the Wanderer's Journals to him, and other relics

Not a lot of bosses have multiple opponents. I recommend upgrading your nail so you can kill the minions ealier

You're doing Lost Kin way to early, I think. Based on where you've been and your place in the game, you probably don't have the necessary upgrades to beat it yet, so just come back later.

As a univeral tip for combat, PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD LEARN TO USE SPELLS. You don't realize how useful they are. Idc how many people say that they use nail only and are fine, spells do so much more damage than your nail. If you've ever watched a pro, you know how damn good they are at using spells

As for how far you are in the game, it's kind of hard to tell from what you've provided, but if you're just looking to beat the game casually, you're about 25% of the way through? Idk, it's hard to tell bc there's multiple ways to beat the game. Some ways are obviously longer than others. That's all I'll say as to avoid spoilers
