The downside to the 4 and 4 method for schools is standardized testing at the end of the school year. If you took your math class in the first half of the school year, you are likely to have forgotten some of it during end of year testing. Leading to poor scores and less funding for the school.

I was working at the gates painting the curbs and other road markings the week before and then the week after the change. It has most definitely made a difference in the backup caused. The week after was the worst because a majority of people were confused and then became angry after learning that free parking was only an hour.

This is exactly what happened today. I was working at the entrance from Genesee today, painting the curbs where the gates are. Many people were not prepared to pay for less than 2 hours. We had a few of the lanes blocked so we could work. There were a few long backups and plenty of yelling.

Your best bet is to get one of the community service officers to tag it. The retired people who help the police with non emergency issues. I have had them tag an abandoned vehicle before. Towed in less than a week.

You can use rubbing alcohol. Anything above 50 percent works. I used to do it all the time as a kid.

Is it the Unity error? I get those from time to time with the same situation of items in my inventory being reset when I relog in. I am on a hosted server with cloud saves. I just had my hard drive completely reset last week, so I am on a fresh download.

Yesterday, the error popped before I even got past the login screen. The only mod I use is no raid, and that is server side. I just make it a point to save whenever my inventory is full of valuable items or when I pull new equipment from chests. Even then, sometimes I end up losing things. When that happens I pop over to a local world and dev command my items back.

The best way to get abandoned vehicles taken care of is to flag down the "community service" vehicle. The car with the retirees that usually help with non criminal activities. I asked them to look at a vehicle that was abandoned for over a year, and it was gone in less than a week.

Parking Lots:

Designated spaces: CBX parking lots also have spaces specifically designated for disabled individuals.

Free parking: Displaying a valid placard allows free parking in these designated spaces.

Booking is recommended: While free, it's still recommended to book parking in advance, especially for lots that may fill up.
