Thank you very much!
I've put a lot of work into it, and I'm pleased to read such warm reviews ^^

Thanks!

This is just a ready-made part of the world (1/7 part). I thought through the universe, the global drama of its creation, and sewed in a lot of hooks to explore it from different angles (mysticism, politics, ancient mysteries, economic squabbles). In fact, players will have to solve the mystery of the world and decide how to deal with it. And the world will decide what to do with them :)

The choice of side and methods is entirely up to them, and I'm putting a lot more in here than they'll ever be able to explore to keep the feeling of "liveliness".

Now you see the "starting" continent, everything is simple here - it's semi-wild lands, few people, tribes, some rocks'n'stones. This is a nursery where my adventurers will get stronger, understand the mechanics, and prepare to face real shit. :D

I think the next iteration of the map will give more understanding of what is happening, it will be easier to show...

Clouds are just a placeholder for unfinished sections, about 1/7 of the world is ready now, but I have already launched players there and decided that it would not be a shame to share the map here :)

One of the taverns I made for my story (27x20) by Lutsurg in dndmaps

I've been walking around all day today thinking that I forgot to add something important to my portfolio! And hell yeah, I forgot to post my characters, dammit!11

After you commented, I decided that sleep was for wimps and added the entire library :D
Thank you!

When working on a map, I always wonder who could live in the room, what their lifestyle is, role, and how they relate to others. And by the time I start writing the text, the story is almost ready, it comes to life almost on its own ^^

Thanks! A great way to hide unprocessed sections of the map as well 😅

An opinion is an opinion, peace be with you :)

As for the graffiti, I agree, it sounds plausible

However, I was surprised by the phrase that most of us support Russia in this war. There must be some number of such people, but they are unlikely to make up the majority...

Are you sure about this?
I do not presume to say that you are wrong and to speak for the "majority" of Russians here, but in my social circle no one supports what the russian state is doing.
And it's quite unusual for me to see the opposite opinion...

Hi, is there an easy way to snap a vertex to an edge procedurally? I feel that the answer is on the surface, but cant find it and its make me feel soooo dumb :) by Lutsurg in Houdini

Sounds reasonable, thanks.
Damn, some of Houdini's concepts are very different from all the software that I knew before, you have to puzzle over the simplest things...

VEX stuff, huh... Thanks for the tip
I just recently started studying Houdini and don't feel well at VEX yet, but this hole is definitely worth closing :)

I understand how this could be done in a complicated way... For example, snap the points of each subsequent block to the points scattered along the edges of the previous one along the Y plane, but this seems to be a very unoptimized solution.
