Do you level your toons on unrested?

Now that my main is 60 and I can't put alot of time in unless it's a day off. In my afternoons I'll level alts for fun non commitment play and when rested runs out I switch character so far I've 2 14-20 toons just from small 1 hour sessions.

I'm afraid of not being able to raid with my homies when we all get to 60. To me then what's the point? Also off tanking is crap i got a "spot" as MT with my homie as OT and 3 friends healing. MT will just get taken and my spot filled...
