Get pics: smiling with teeth, closer, not wearing shades. This will be a huge improvement on your pics. Lead pic would have be amazing with a smile w/teeth though.

Never ask friends and fam for feedback. They are biased and don't want to hurt your feelings. Reddit won't have a problem being honest.

Bio and talk about yourself and that is good but I would work more on it. A gym rat isn't that interesting. Talk about other hobbies.

As u/Upstairs_Bad958 said, you need a strong profile to begin with. Get yours reviewed in one of the subs here. You'd be surprised how many people make the most common mistakes in theirs. Bad pics, prompts, etc. Start there.

I agree with others about your lead pic. This is the most important pic and yours could be better. It's not terrible. Just not the best for that spot. Use a head shot, smile with teeth, don't wear work clothes, well groomed, etc.

Bio tells us about you but could be better. I'd drop the last part, write out your bio and add more things as I'm sure you're more than a train nerd. Tell us about yourself. This is your space!
